Contact Kyorabo for help with your account, privacy, safety reports or technical problems.
How to contact us
Email [email protected]. Include the email used for your account and a short description of the issue. Do not send your password or verification codes.
Safety concerns
Use the in-app report option when possible so the relevant account or content is attached. Safety reports are reviewed as soon as possible, with a target initial response within 24 hours.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service before contacting Kyorabo.
Account deletion
Open You, scroll to the account menu and choose Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, matches, messages, chat attachments, opportunities and uploaded profile image from active Kyorabo systems.
